Seeking early-career researchers with big ideas focused on the prevention and treatment of mental illness

OTTAWA, March 15, 2017 – The Royal’s Institute of Mental Health Research (IMHR), affiliated with the University of Ottawa, has launched a new research incubator called Emerging Research Innovators in Mental Health (e-RIHMh) – the first of its kind in Canada focusing solely on Mental Health Research.

We are seeking five of the world’s best and brightest early-career researchers ready to put their careers into overdrive. Applicants are encouraged to propose highly original projects that explore out-of-the-box ideas and hold the potential to transform current thinking in Mental Health Research. The successful candidates will get a chance to put their careers into overdrive through salary support, research grant support, mentorship, and real world opportunity for up to five years.
